Mark O’Neill is founder and managing partner of Hamlet Homes having held licensure in over 40 states as a building official or inspector, held licenses for, HVAC, new home construction, general contractor, home renovation and construction supervisor. His concentration is focused on new home development and construction working with persons that want the attention to detail for their house.
Having successfully developed a residential housing subdivision in 1988 in Shrewsbury Massachusetts to live with his family, building neighbor-hoods was a passion that never went away, Mr. O’Neill decided on retirement to focus his passion towards new home development and construction. The passion for this is evident in the quality details of each Hamlet project.
